Tennille Sullivan – School Counselor
I’m so excited to be at L.E. Willson Elementary School and to work with our amazing students and families! I earned my BBA in Computer Information Systems and my Master’s in Education in School Counseling from the University of North Alabama. Sheffield has always been home for me. I grew up on Raleigh Avenue, and my very first job in education was right here at Sheffield City Schools. Being able to serve the community I love is such a joy, and I can’t wait to help our students grow, dream big, and reach their full potential!
When I’m not at school, I enjoy reading, theater, and spending time with my family.

Hello! My name is Holly Booth. I graduated from Sheffield High School in 1999 and have been teaching at Sheffield City Schools since 2005. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Master's degree in Collaborative Education K-12, and an Ed.S. in Teacher Leader. I am currently a Resource Teacher at L.E. Hello! My name is Destinee Fisher, and I teach third grade at L.E. Willson Elementary School. This is my seventh year as a part of the third grade team here at LEW. I love working with third graders because this is such a special year of growth!
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from UNA in 2019 as well as my Master of Education degree in Elementary Education in 2021. As an educator, my goal is to help every child grow academically as well as socially and emotionally.
I'm looking forward to partnering with parents and our community members this year to make third grade a fun and successful experience!

My name is Laci Hess, and I’m excited to be joining the 5th grade team at L.E. Wilson Elementary School. I earned my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Northwest Shoals Community College, and went on to receive my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University.
This is my first year teaching, and I’m honored to begin my career in such a supportive and inspiring school community.
I’m married to my husband, Christian, and we’ve been married for two years. We have two sweet dogs who definitely keep us on our toes! Go Bulldogs!

My name is Savanna Mize and I am the gifted specialist for Sheffield City Schools. I serve kindergarten through 12th grade gifted students to work to meet their needs each year! We’re proud parents to a wonderful daughter, who now has a family of her own, including our first grandchild.
